At Ageless Jewelry, Etc., your satisfaction is very important to us. We have carefully chosen our manufacturers and designers to assure that products you purchase are of high quality and value. We do know that problems may arise that will not meet your satisfaction. We ask that you open and examine your jewelry the day you receive it. Because our manufacturers/designers all have different policies, we ask that you let us know about any problem within 3 days of receipt of the package. At that time, we will inform you what you need to do to obtain a refund or exchange. If you selected shipping other than the free USPS ground shipping we offer, we will be unable to refund the shipping charges. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receipt and follow any return instructions furnished to you at that time, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
If the item is not defective or not as ordered, but you want to return the product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. At that time, we will advise you of the return instructions. The product must not have been worn and the tags must still be in place. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping and insuring the return package. You will be required to return it by a carrier that can furnish insurance and tracking of the package. There may be a restocking fee of up to 15% which is determined by the manufacturer/designer. In this case, we will be unable to refund the shipping charges. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt and follow any return instructions furnished to you at that time, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Gift Cards are not returnable.

To complete your return, we may require a proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective or not as ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
